A rock chip caught early can almost always be repaired without replacing the whole windshield. We inject optical resin into the break, cure it under UV, and polish the surface. The structural integrity is restored and the chip becomes nearly invisible. The honest rule: if it's in the driver's line of sight or larger than a dollar bill, it needs replacement. Everything else is usually repairable. Most customers pay /bin/bash with comprehensive insurance.

1Damage assessment
We measure the chip or crack and tell you straight whether repair or replacement is the right call.

The break is cleaned and any loose glass fragments removed before resin injection.

High-clarity optical resin is injected under vacuum to fill the break completely.

UV light cures the resin solid. The surface is polished flush with the surrounding glass.
